Yes, we offer delivery within a 20-mile radius for a fee that varies based on the amount of equipment rented.
We always say the sooner the better to make sure we have the equipment you need in stock. The sooner you reserve your equipment, the sooner it gets booked as unavailable. We strongly suggest 30 days at a minimum.
Yes! We only ask that you call and let us know before hand if you’d like to come take a look:)
We sure do! We offer bundle packages that are discounted proportionate to the amount of people scheduled to attend your event.
Once you have selected and added your equipment and or bundle you would like to rent, the check availability option is conveniently located in the box that appears.
Yes, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit at time of reservation to make certain your items are properly reserved for your event.
All tents will be set-up by The Rental Station unless it is outside of the 20 mile delivery range, in which case a YouTube tutorial will be available.
